After having lived more than ten years in North America,  keeping being professionally involved and progressing in both the food and hospitality industries, extremely motivated, I am now focusing on my career evolution in the yachting industry. Positive, outgoing personality, adept at multitasking in diverse environment as well as detail oriented, I am looking for a full time and long term position with the right crew, boat and project. In the meantime I am possibly available as crew member for regattas as well as very interested for deliveries in the Mediterranean area and beyond.

I have started navigating during my childhood in Africa then throughout my teenage in Corsica and so dinghy sailing.

Periodically stewardess-deckhand as well as chef from 20 to 33 years old , participating as crew to my first Atlantic crossing in 1989, I have acquired experience on several yacht types up to 164 feet, monohull and catamaran.  I have also managed my own business, Gourmandise, for 5 years.

Sailing most of my life I have started participating to regattas at the sail trimming or piano positions on a regular basis from 1997 to 2004 in California and again since 2009.
